When my new mom and dad come to visit...they tell me stories about their other dogs. I love bedtime stories! In 2002, Mom brought her first therapy dog to her school. His name was Zeke and I heard he was super special. He started at school at only 3 months old. What was Mom thinking? He did a lot of wonderful things for the students, and everyone was very sad when he died of cancer at only six years old. I wish I had a job like Zeke had. Enjoy the slideshow of Zeke memories below.
Sophie was the next pup Mom took to school. Sophie was given up by a family who thought she was mean to their children! How rude! Sophie loooooves kids and she used to do some silly things like eat rocks and sneak out of classrooms to look for tennis balls. She sounds like a girl I could get along with! Sadly, Sophie died of kidney failure in January of 2015. Here are some pictures of Sophie (A.K.A. Super Puppy)
Next they told me about Hank (A.K.A. Hank-o-potomous and Hank-enstein). Sounds like Hank has a BIG personality. Hank goes to school with Mom now....but only a couple of days a week. Even at the age of 7, Hank likes to act like a puppy. (Like me??) Hank is most famous for walking himself in the hallways with his leash in his mouth. I can't WAIT to meet such a cool guy! Some pics of Hankster...
